Agent Vinod

I finally rented the film Agent Vinod, starring Kareena Kapoor and her real-life beau, Saif Ali Khan. So excited to watch it, although Kareena's "mujra" song, "Dil Mera Muft Ka" has not been one of my favorites. It could have been so much better (imagine Rekha in Umrao Jaan or Meena Kumari in Pakeezah!), but the feisty starlet still caught the attention of all because of her stunning looks in the song. Dil Mera Muft Ka is worth watching just to see Kareena, she is just gorgeous in it!

How stunning do these two look? Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone were out and about to promote their upcoming film "Aarakshan". Thank goodness Saif's scruffy hobo days are in the past!

3 Idiots Premiere

Check out stills from the 3 Idiots premiere, which was held at Imax, Wadala (Mumbai). Everyone looked well put together, especially the stars of the film: Kareena Kapoor (in a Manish Malhotra sari) & Aamir Khan. Clearly the two coordinated their outfits, and it worked. The red was a bold statement and, as intended, stole the show.


Unfortunately, Saif Ali Khan (Kareena's beau) looked rather disheveled, unkempt, and scruffy in his black kurta and (brace yourself) red bandana. Kareena clearly has no say in his fashion choices these days, despite the fact that she has been named one of the best dressed actresses. 

Another disappointment was Genelia D'Souza, who looked like she was on her way to be in a music video, rather than a red carpet movie premiere.
