PZ Spotted

Preity Zinta's hairdo at the Adolfo Dominguez store launch has me cringing and yearning to give her a hair straightener. I'm a fan of her long, sleek locks, so this hair style was such a disappointment for me! PZ is just not cut out to have wavy (slightly fried?) hair.

Sohail Khan's Bday Party

Sohail Khan (brother of superstar Salman Khan) recently threw a birthday bash at Aurus. Everyone who is anyone was there,  including Priyanka Chopra, Bobby Deol, Ritesh Deshmukh, Hrithik Roshan, Sonakshi Sinha, Sonali Bendre, Raveena Tandon, Gauri Khan, Farah Khan, Karan Johar, and Genelia D'Souza, to name a few.

All looked fab except Amrita Arora. What is she wearing??? Why tapered pants?!

Being Human Fashion Show

All the A-list Bollywood glam dolls walked the ramp to support actor Salman Khan's Being Human fashion show. The theme of the show was "Fashion Through the Ages", as each actress sported an outfit an era circa 1920s to present time. The actresses included Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Preity Zinta, Rani Mukerjee, Bipasha Basu, Katrina Kaif, and Sushmita Sen. Here are the eras each lady represented:

• Preity kicked off the show in a classy black 1920s dress.
• Katrina went next, showing off a classy red  gown for the 1930s.
• Rani represented the 1940s wearing a traditional Manish Malhotra creation.
• Bipasha sported a sexy black gown with a slit for the 1950s.
• Karisma (my favorite) sashayed in a beautiful sari of the 1960s.
• Sushmita brought fun to the show in a printed multi-colored dress for the 1970s.
• Priyanka rocked the ramp paying homage to the Material Girl as she represented the 1980s.
• Kareena went for a sophisticated, sleek suit for the 1990s.
